RUME USA Announces New Market Entry, 2 Major Acquisitions in Atlanta

Chicago-based Real Estate Investment Firm Adds Atlanta, Georgia, to Its Multifamily Portfolio

(Chicago, Ill.) Aug. 10 2022 – RUME USA, a leading national vertically-integrated real estate investment firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, announced the acquisition of two Multifamily properties in the first quarter 2022, adding Atlanta, Georgia, to the growing number of assets in strategic growth markets nationwide to its Multifamily portfolio.

“After acquiring the two Multifamily properties with 474+ units, we’ve gained market entry within our portfolio to the greater Atlanta market as planned within our RUME Capital Fund,” said Nathan (Nate) Reichard, RUME Co-Founder and Principal. “We felt it was perfect timing, adding to our growing number of acquisitions, which strategically aligns with our RUME Capital Fund investment goals.”

The two Atlanta, Georgia, properties are in congruence with our strategy of focusing on Value-add and Core-Plus Multifamily Assets in metropolitan areas showing the most resilience in Real Estate.
