David Snowberger

David Snowberger joined RUME in 2019 as a regional service manager, where he leads a maintenance team and serves as problem-solver-in-chief. Although he draws on 13 years of experience at the supervisor and director level, David attributes his unflappable nature to his years in the military, where he learned “to solve problems on the move” and avoid overreacting to small problems that inevitable crop up in a day’s work.

David earned an associate degree in 1994 and graduated from Non-Commissioned Officers’ (NCO) School in 1995. He’s earned certifications in disaster preparedness, asbestos operations and maintenance, HVAC, EPA Section 608 Certification and HUD’s Certified Professional of Occupancy accreditation.
